Program Overview
Join us for AI Summer 2024, a free, month-long workshop dedicated to exploring the world of AI models and programming. Open to researchers, students, and the broader Vanderbilt community, this workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to:
- AI model fundamentals and prompt engineering
- AI-assisted programming for AI applications
- Training and fine-tuning AI models
Workshop Structure
All sessions will be conducted remotely via Zoom, ensuring access to a wider audience. Our agenda includes:
- Week 1: Introduction to AI models and prompt engineering.
- Week 2: AI-assisted programming for AI applications.
- Weeks 3 & 4: Training and fine-tuning AI models.
Participation Priority
While the workshop is free, spaces are limited. Priority will be given to:
- Researchers with a specific research goal and preliminary data.
- Students interested in joining research projects.
- Anyone with an interest in deep learning and AI.
