On May 2nd, we hosted an AI Deep Dive Session in partnership with Mars Petcare with Chin-Ping Su from Mars Pet Nutrition, where we explored how artificial intelligence is transforming product design and consumer insights in the pet food industry. Mars Petcare is a global leader in pet nutrition with brands including Pedigree, Royal Canin, and Whiskas, and has invested over $1 billion in digital innovation and AI-powered tools to enhance pet health outcomes. Chin-Ping Su, Senior Manager of Open Innovation at Mars Pet Nutrition, led a discussion on developing intelligent systems that diagnose performance issues, formulate recipes, and predict pet parent responses.
