Customize your stay at the West End Tower by choosing one of our fully-furnished studio, one bedroom, or two-bedroom suites. Each suite has a unique style and design, featuring exclusive views of Music City and Vanderbilt University.

Guests have access to our complimentary self-service laundry, and executive lounge. In addition, all suites include towels and linens, a microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, and bath amenities. Housekeeping services, including towel and linen refreshment, are provided weekly for extended stay guests.

Parking options are available for guests who require overnight accommodations. Parking is $25/day. Non-permitted parking is subject to towing at owner expense.

    Suite Options
    West End Tower offers 17 fully furnished suites, including 3 Studio Suites, 6 Deluxe One-Bedroom Suites, 7 Full One-Bedroom Suites, and 1 Full Two-Bedroom Suite. Each suite is uniquely designed for any length of stay, with exclusive views of downtown Nashville and the Vanderbilt campus.

    Standard In-Room Amenities
    All suites include towels and linens, dishware, a microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, and premium bath amenities. Guests also enjoy locally sourced tea and coffee from 8th & Roast, an exclusive Vanderbilt Bookstore coupon, and digital concierge services. Select suites include cookware and full cooking appliances.

    Housekeeping Service
    Weekly housekeeping is available for extended-stay guests, including towel and linen refresh.

    Kitchen and Cooking Capabilities
    Studio and Deluxe One-Bedroom Suites include a kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge. Full One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Suites feature full kitchens equipped with cookware, a stove cooktop and full-size refrigerator.

    Hypoallergenic Bedding
    Hypoallergenic linens are available upon request with advance notice.

    Bath Essentials
    Each suite is stocked with body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, a dental kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss pick), mouthwash, makeup remover, and a shaving kit (razor and shave cream).

    Laundry Access
    Complimentary self-service laundry is available onsite, stocked with detergent pods and dryer sheets. Optional wash-and-fold service is offered for $25 per laundry bag.

    Parking Availability
    Overnight parking is available in the 2525 garage for $25 per day. Vehicles without proper permits may be towed at the owner’s expense.

    Executive Lounge Access
    Guests have access to the Executive Lounge on the 15th floor, a quiet, professional space ideal for working or relaxing.

    How to Book
    Vanderbilt-affiliated guests may request a suite using our online form. A member of our team will follow up to confirm availability and next steps.

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation terms vary by booking method and length of stay. Please refer to your confirmation email or contact our guest services team for details.

    Minimum Stay Requirements
    Some suite types may require a minimum number of nights, especially during peak seasons.

    Accepted Payment Methods
    We accept all major credit cards and internal Vanderbilt payments via COA or POET. Contact guest services for billing support.

    Security Deposit
    A non-refundable security deposit may be required for extended stays. The amount is based on suite type and duration.

    Pet Policy
    Pets are not permitted. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

    Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
    Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

    Long-Term Stays
    Extended-stay accommodations are available and include weekly housekeeping. Contact our team for special long-term rates.

    Smoke-Free Policy
    West End Tower is a smoke-free property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
