Track Checklist

Upon completion of this section, the following documents should be placed in your F2P2 notebook:

  1. Form 1: Documentation for Workshops - Six workshop hours (one form per workshop). Form 2: Event Attendance Form should be used to document your participation in a Teaching and Learning cohort (such as a Course Design Working Group) if you are counting those hours against your workshop hours.

  2. Form 2: Event Attendance Form - Videotape consultation, classroom observation, or Small Group Analysis.

  3. Form 2: Event Attendance Form - Faculty-supervised teaching and reflection.

  4. Questions and responses for one interview with a Vanderbilt faculty member on teaching.

  5. Questions and responses from peer conversation on teaching.

  6. Mentoring essay.

  7. Teaching documents (for five hours of teaching):

    1. Lesson plans
    2. Classroom or student assessment
    3. Reflection

  8. Workshop documents:

    1. Announcement flyer
    2. Lesson plan and copy of handouts
    3. List of attendees
    4. Summary of assessment

  9. Questions and answers for partner institution faculty interviews (same as those in the Professional Development track).
