Current Opportunities at Vanderbilt

The School of Engineering student success team is recruiting post-doctoral scholars to support the assessment and support of new programs out of the school of engineering. The position will report to the Associate Dean of Academic Success for the school of engineering. 
The successful candidate will: 
• Lead and support, the development of new programming to help prepare our undergraduate and graduate students to be successful in their careers (i.e. transition and enrichment programs) 
• Support the professional development of student scholars under student success 
• Create assessment surveys and feedback mechanisms for the student success programs 
• Oversee data collection and analysis for peer reviewed journals and internal reporting.
