The worksheet guides students through the following process:
- Think of an original idea in response to a question or prompt you have provided. (E.g., "Write a thesis statement for an essay arguing that renewable energy subsidies are essential for economic growth.")
- Input an instructor-provided prompt into an AI tool.
- Assess the AI output for factual accuracy, logic, strengths and weaknesses.
- Synthesize an improved version of their original idea based on their engagement with the AI output.
- Reflect on the process of thinking with the help of the AI tool.
