Room Type A

Spaces categorized as Room Type A can seat between 8-30 people. These rooms include existing audio-visual equipment of either an LCD TV or a Projector/Screen with limited changes to the layout. Housekeeping can be included upon request.

Commons Center 107 Fireside Lounge is a smaller meeting room located on the 1st floor of the Commons Center with a 10-person capacity. This room has floor-to-ceiling windows and a fireplace and includes access to an LCD TV. This cozy space is nice for small meetings or study groups.

Commons Center 233 Conference Room is a traditional conference room located on the 2nd floor of Commons Center with an 18-person capacity. It includes access to an LCD Projector and Screen and a dry-erase board. This space is nice for small meetings or collaborative gatherings.

 

Engineering & Science Building (ESB) 001 is a classroom located on the bottom floor of the Engineering & Science Building with a 24-person capacity. This room has fixed seating and power outlets built into the tables. It includes access to two LCD Projectors and Screens and a long dry-erase board. This space is nice for lectures, presentations, or small meetings.

Engineering & Science Building (ESB) 322 is a smaller meeting room located on the 3rd floor of the Engineering & Science Building with an 8-person capacity. It includes access to an LCD TV and a dry-erase board. This collaborative space is nice for small meetings or study groups.

Engineering & Science Building (ESB) 360 is a smaller meeting room located on the 3rd floor of the Engineering & Science Building with a 16-person capacity. It includes access to an LCD Projector and Screen and a dry-erase board. This collaborative space is nice for small meetings and lectures or study groups.

Engineering & Science Building (ESB) 434 is a smaller meeting room located on the 4th floor of the Engineering & Science Building with a 16-person capacity. It includes access to an LCD Projector and Screen and a dry-erase board. This collaborative space is nice for small meetings or study groups.

Engineering & Science Building (ESB) 462 is a smaller meeting room located on the 4th floor of the Engineering & Science Building with a 12-person capacity. It includes access to an LCD TV and a dry-erase board. This collaborative space is nice for small meetings or study groups.

1101 19th Ave Small Event Space (Room 210) is a small meeting room located on the 2nd floor of the 1101 19th Avenue Building that offers multiple room configurations and capacity options. This room can be set up in U-Shape (Capacity: 16), Classroom (Capacity: 20), or Theater (Capacity: 36). This room has one LCD TV Screen that can be connected to via Air Media or through an HDMI cable. This space is great for small group meetings and presentations.

The Faculty Lounge has a capacity of 52 in classroom configuration, a capacity of 48 in pods configuration, a capacity of 20 in U-Shape configuration, a capacity of 103 in theatre configuration, and a capacity of 24 in conference configuration. This space is good for meetings and trainings. 

 

Kissam C105 is a smaller meeting room located on the 1st floor of Kissam Center with a 12-person capacity. It includes access to an LCD TV and a dry-erase board. This collaborative space is nice for small meetings or study groups.

Moore College A109 is located on the first floor of Kissam Center and has a capacity of 12. This room features a dry-erase board and access to an LCD TV. This space is perfect for small meetings or study groups. 

Moore College A117 is located on the first floor of Kissam Center. This room features a dry-erase board and access to an LCD TV. This space is perfect for small meetings or study groups.

Rand 306 is a traditional conference room located on the 3rd floor of Rand Hall with a 14-person capacity. It includes access to an LCD TV and two dry-erase boards on either side of the screen. This space is nice for small meetings or collaborative gatherings.

Sarratt 208 is a traditional conference room located on the 2nd floor of Sarratt Student Center with a 10-person capacity. It includes access to an LCD TV and can include a conference phone upon request. This space is nice for small meetings or collaborative gatherings.

Rothschild 1051 Conference Room is a meeting room on the 1st floor of Rothschild College with a 14-person capacity. It includes access to an LCD TV and a dry-erase board. This collaborative space is nice for small meetings or study groups.

The SLC Meeting Room 3 is located on the lower level of the Student Life Center. It has a capacity of 15 people in classroom configuration, 24 people in theatre configuration, 16 people in conference configuration, and 14 people in U- Shape configuration. It has a lectern with a microphone and laptop connection, an LCD projector and screen. This versatile space is great for meetings, presentations, or training.

Conference Room 112 is designed for small meetings and collaborative discussions, comfortably accommodating up to six participants. The space includes a 55-inch LCD monitor and two-way video conferencing capabilities, making it easy to host hybrid meetings or connect with remote participants. This room is ideal for team meetings, virtual interviews, and small group collaboration.

Conference Room 115 is designed for medium-sized meetings, comfortably accommodating up to 16 participants in a conference-style setup. The space is well-suited for team meetings, presentations, and collaborative discussions. The room features an 85-inch LCD monitor, a lectern with a microphone, two-way video conferencing, and a built-in sound system to support seamless presentations and hybrid meetings.
