Concerned About Hazing or Other Policy Violations

If you have information indicating that a student organization is hazing anyone, please complete the Hazing Incident Report Form and provide as much detail as possible. You may report anonymously, but if at all possible, please give us your contact information so we can follow-up with you discreetly. If you are concerned about other misconduct, please file a General Incident Report Form. For any matter, you may also call the Community Standards Hotline and leave a voicemail at 615-343-STOP (7867).

To provide information about what behaviors may be concerning, definitions/examples of hazing, and other resources, Greek Life prepared a hazing resources page. Hazing behaviors can occur in Greek and non-Greek organizations alike, so this resources page is relevant for all community members and parents.
