Medical Leave of Absence

During a student’s time at Vanderbilt University, life circumstances or medical and/or psychological conditions may arise that significantly interfere with academic or personal success. In such situations, taking time away from the university to focus on health may be necessary. A medical leave of absence (MLOA) provides an opportunity to fully attend to health and wellbeing away from the demands of campus and academic life.
