Ally Training

Our Ally Training aims to create a visible network of support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual and other gender and sexually diverse (LGBTQI+) individuals and the entire campus community by providing an avenue through which any member of the Vanderbilt community can show their support. In addition to requesting an Ally Training for your student organization, classroom, or office, drop-in trainings open to anyone are offered throughout the term. All attendees who complete the training will be given a placard to display.

  2. Providing referrals, support, or resources on and off campus as necessary.
  3. Fostering a welcoming environment for people of all genders and sexualities with intentionality in creating space for intersectionality.
