Owen Cai

Owen Cai (he/him) is a junior from Houston, Texas studying Medicine, Health, and Society and Public Policy with a minor in data science. Owen is passionate about basic needs access, especially how it relates to health equity, for intersectional low-income communities, and is exploring this as an organizer with the Tennessee Driver’s Union to advocate for fair work conditions and wages for the Uber and Lyft drivers circulating Nashville’s tourist and commuter ecosystem.
