Enoch Limin Hou

Enoch Limin Hou, is originally from China. He is currently a Master of Theology (ThM) student in his seventh year of theological studies, working towards his third theological degree at Vanderbilt University. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute, followed by a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Princeton Theological Seminary. Limin’s area of research interest is focused on the non-violent element of the house church movement in China, particularly how faith communities have maintained resilience and peaceful resistance amidst political pressures.

Fun Fact:  Limin had the opportunity to preach to congregations as large as 1,600 people, and is deeply passionate about both sharing the Gospel and understanding the role of peaceful resistance within the Chinese Christian community. He looks forward to learning and collaborating with others who share an interest in non-violent movements and social justice.
