Substance Use Screenings

Students can either self-refer by sending us an email, or are referred by Student Accountability. If there is substantial risk of further substance-related or mental health concerns, a referral is made to the University Counseling Center.

For students to gain more information about the impact of their alcohol use.

Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students (BASICS)

Following a “harm-reduction” approach, the program seeks to motivate students to reduce the risk of adverse consequences from use of alcohol and other drugs.

Cannabis Use Disorder Identification Test (CUDIT)

For students to gain more information about the impact of their substance use.
