Timeline

Read below for details on the application process for Experience Vanderbilt.

Student Application

1. The Experience Vanderbilt Application will be available during the following windows:
   • August 26 – September 9, 2026
   • October 1 – 25, 2026
   • January 11 – 31, 2027
   • February 22 – March 8, 2027
2. At the close of each window, applicant eligibility is verified with Financial Aid and funding is distributed.
3. All unused funds are removed from Commodore Card at the end of the spring semester.
