Mental Health Resources available during winter break:

• Visit the University Counseling Center website for their spring schedule. For assistance during the winter break, please call the urgent care hotline at (615) 322-2571. Your call will be answered by a mental health provider on-call.

• The Student Care Network offers Emotional Resources available to graduate students, including Headspace, Healthiest You and iHope Network.
