Welcome to Vanderbilt’s home for course and teaching evaluations in the four undergraduate schools, the Graduate School, the Divinity School, the Law School, the Owen Graduate School of Management, the School of Nursing, and certain programs in the School of Medicine.
The purpose of course and teaching evaluations is to advance the university’s teaching and learning mission through the regular assessment of instruction. Evaluations provide valued formative feedback for instructors and empower students to reflect on their experiences in the classroom. Evaluation results assist students in selecting the courses that best meet their curricular requirements and scholarly interests, and also facilitate the faculty promotion and tenure review-process by administrators. Course and teaching evaluations are a valued form of student feedback at Vanderbilt.
