Digital Drop Box Being Phased Out (extended available through 03/12/10)
OAK will be undergoing an upgrade in the summer of 2010; this upgrade will no longer have the “Digital Dropbox” tool. The Digital Dropbox has had many issues since Vanderbilt adopted Blackboard and Blackboard’s response was to create a new tool with additional features. Vanderbilt’s current version of Blackboard has this new tool in place.
In preparation for this change, the Digital Dropbox will no longer be available to instructors or students after March 12, 2010. Instructors are asked to transition to its replacement feature: “Assignments.” To learn more about the Assignments tool, download a PDF guide sheet or watch a “walk-through” video.
