The Frist Center for Autism and Innovation (FCAI) is proud to share that our director, Keivan Stassun, has been selected as a recipient of the 2026 Live Long and Prosper Tribute Award, presented by the Nimoy Knight Foundation.
The Live Long and Prosper Tribute Award recognizes individuals who embody the values Leonard Nimoy championed through his life and iconic portrayal of Star Trek’s Mr. Spock, including logic, curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to building a better future. Keivan’s work advancing inclusive innovation and expanding opportunities for neurodivergent individuals reflects these values and the Frist Center’s mission.
“To me, ‘Live Long and Prosper’ is a call to action,” Dr. Stassun said. “Leonard Nimoy’s legacy reminds us that the future belongs to those who think differently. At the Frist Center, we are committed to making sure neurodivergent individuals have every opportunity to shape that future — and to prosper in it.”
We are grateful to the Nimoy Knight Foundation, Julie Nimoy, and David Knight for this honor and for their continued leadership in celebrating difference as a strength. We are proud to say that three of our staff have now been honored with the award, which you can read more about here.
