The Process and Solution Implementations (PSI) department leads information and business systems initiatives for Academic Affairs. PSI works with stakeholders and technology resources (internal or external) to execute project management activities including business analysis, requirement definition, timeline management, communications, training, and testing.  As a part of every project, the team consults with stakeholders to best organize their processes and maximize the efficient use of their technology platforms.  In these roles, the team develops deep understandings of the University’s practices, in order to plan, configure, and implement technology solutions. PSI also serves as Academic Affairs’ experts with its core information systems.  This includes day-to-day support and ongoing development of the University’s strategic vision for Academic Affairs’ enterprise applications.
