Mark Blaser Kitwe, Zimbabwe - Ashoka: Citizens for a Better Environment

Mark joined an Ashoka Fellow in Kitwe, Zambia through Citizens for a Better Environment. CBE seeks to manage responsibly the country's mineral resources while protecting the natural environment and improving the lives of the local inhabitants of the nation's mining districts. He helped conduct interviews, surveys, and wrote funding proposals to help with their work.
