Participants must interview one individual at Vanderbilt who holds an administrative position, such as a dean, a department chair, or a director of a unit. The objective is to gain a better understanding of the functioning of the university. See the Administrative Interview Questions to guide your interviews. Include the interview questions and responses in the notebook.
