Track Checklist

Upon completion of this section, the following documents should be placed in your F2P2 notebook:

1. Form 1: Documentation for Workshops - Six workshop hours (one form per workshop)

2. Form 2: Event Attendance Form should be used to document your participation in the Professional Development cohort if you are counting those hours against your workshop hours.

3. Questions and responses for one interview with a Vanderbilt faculty member on faculty roles and responsibilities

4. Name and date of conference or Graduate Student Research Day attended and abstract of presentation

5. Interview documents:

   1. Teaching philosophy statement
   2. List of items in teaching portfolio
   3. Sample cover letter
   4. CV

6. Questions and answers for partner institution faculty interviews (same as those in the Teaching & Learning track)

7. Partner institution visit essay (one essay covering both visits)
