Mark F. Dalton Mark F. Dalton, trustee since 2002, received his B.A. degree from Denison University in 1972 and earned his J.D. from the Vanderbilt School of Law in 1975. Mark is Vice Chairman and President of Tudor Group Holdings, Tudor Investment Corporation and their affiliates. Prior to joining Tudor Investment Corporation in 1988, Mark spent nine years with Kidder, Peabody & Co., where his positions included Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of the Equity Group. Prior to joining Kidder, he was an attorney with the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City. Mark is a member of Denison University’s board of trustees, having served as Chairman from 2003 to 2009. He is also co-chair of the Telluride Foundation and chairman of the Sheridan Arts Foundation in Telluride, Colorado. He is a member of the board of directors for the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis. He is also a director of Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Cathay Investment Fund, and various private companies. He and his wife, Susan, are the parents of Erik (Vanderbilt ’03), Kurt (Tufts ’04), and Christopher (Vanderbilt ’09). |
