Student Care Coordination (SCC) helps undergraduate, graduate, and professional students navigate and connect with campus and community resources. SCC can assist with scheduling appointments, creating a plan for success, and providing ongoing follow up to ensure students’ needs are met. SCC also supports the campus community by responding to students in distress.
