VanDIY: Making Deposits in the Emotional Bank Account

In this engaging workshop sponsored by the Margaret Cuninggim Women-€™s Center, Tammy Key, Consultant on Vanderbilt HR-€™s Organizational Effectiveness Team, will share how to make deposits of trust into your work and personal relationships.   Tammy spends her time working with managers and teams at Vanderbilt, helping them reach their work and professional development goals.   She does this through one-on-one coaching, facilitating teambuilding retreats, and teaching professional development workshops.

The Emotional Bank Account is a metaphor from Stephen Covey-€™s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, which describes the amount of trust in a relationship.

Tammy-€™s goal for the hour is for you to develop some practical actions to start building or rebuilding trust in a relationship.   You will be able to discuss what is important to you and recognize bad habits that may be withdrawing trust from a relationship-€™s account.

This session is for anyone who wants to have healthier work and personal relationships.   You-€™ll walk away with practical, simple tips that you can immediately put into practice.   And with time and consistency, you will see your relationships strengthen!

Lunch will be served for the first 50 attendees to RSVP.

This month, we will be serving food from Jason-€™s Deli!! Also, please note the change of venue!
