Standing Reservations Open Wednesday
Standing reservations for registered student organizations will open online beginning Wednesday, April 18th 2012 at 8am for FALL 2012 and SPRING 2013. Beginning Friday, April 20th @ 8am standing reservations can be made in our office, by phone or email.
Rehearsal space may be requested for the Fall Semester only.
Early booking will be available online!!!!
Web users will be able to make their requests online through Virtual EMS ONLY beginning Wednesday, April 18th, 2012 @ 8am. Each registered student organization is allowed to have access to our online reservation system. If your organization does not have an account, please sign up TODAY!
All student organizations must register annually - you must be registered for the 2012-2013 academic year to block space. Please also remember that in order to make these requests, you must first renew your organization’s registration for the 2012-13 academic year.
Coming soon-¦new rooms available in Sarratt/Rand beginning August 22nd:
· Sarratt 331** will include a default set up of classroom for 28, but may be reconfigured upon request with a set up charge.
· Sarratt 333** will be a conference room with a capacity of 10.
· Sarratt 361** will include a default set up of conference for 20, but may be reconfigured upon request with a set up charge.
**Please note, there will not be any built in a/v equipment available in these rooms.
