Reserve your event and meeting spaces for next year!

All  reservations for registered student organizations will open online beginning  Monday, April 15, 2013 at 8am for FALL 2013 and SPRING 2014.    Beginning Wednesday, April 17th @  8am reservations can be made in our office, by phone or email.

Rehearsal space  may be requested for the Fall Semester  only.

Early booking  will be  available online!!!!

Web users  will be able to  make their requests online through Virtual EMS  ONLY beginning  Monday, April 15th, 2013 @ 8am. Each registered student organization is allowed to have access  to our  online reservation system. If your organization does not have an account, please sign up  TODAY!

You may create an account and book space if you are listed as an officer in Anchor Link for your registered student organization.

Please remember that in order to make these requests, you must first  renew your organization’s registration for the 2013-14 academic year by April 5th.
