This virtual town hall is designed for all students at Peabody as a space to ask questions, share feedback, and discuss what we have learned from the fall semester. The event will be hosted by the Peabody associate deans and Dean’s Office staff. Joining us to help answer questions are many of the associate deans, assistant deans, and staff from Academic Affairs, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, Student Engagement and Well-Being, and Student Empowerment, Engagement, and Development.

Managing Stress in Times of Chaos
An online talk to Vanderbilt students on the science of the breath and its impact on reducing stress, regulating emotions, and withstanding difficult times. Join us for a special session on emotional well-being with Graham Erwin, PhD, Stanford Cancer Institute. Graham will talk about the science of emotional regulation, how to cultivate psychological resilience in challenging times, and conduct a short guided meditation. You will also learn a powerful breathing technique!
You will be able to be a part of the larger SKY Campus Happiness community and will leave with evidence-based tools you can practice at home.
