3rd Annual International Virtual Student Conference by the YEAH! Network
On April 21, 2021 the Youth Environmental Alliance for Higher Education (“YEAH!”) Network hosted its 3rd annual international conference on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). College students from around the world submitted abstracts, participated in the abstract peer-review process, moderated panel discussions, and presented their work related to any of the 17 SDGs on the global stage in a hugely successful conference. Keynote speakers included Dr. Stuart Pimm (Duke University), Dr. Monica Romo (U.S. Agency for International Development), Dr. Martin Frick (UNFCCC Program Coordinator), Dr. Lavell Merritt (U.S. National Parks Legislative Affairs), Alice Madden, (University of Colorado at Boulder), and Dr. Gary Machlis (Clemson University).
