Drexel University - BS/MS in Chemistry

Jeff was born and raised in Levittown, Pennsylvania, just north of Philadelphia. He attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, graduating with his bachelor's and master's degrees through a 5-year BS/MS program in 2007. At Drexel, Jeff studied under Kevin Owens researching improvements in peptide sequence coverage using an alternative strong acid digestion method by mass spectrometry as well as the fundamentals of the MALDI process. Jeff's current work centers around combining ESI with microfluidic cell trapping to sample cellular effluent and gauge real-time cellular response and signaling.
