Dore Slam is the Vanderbilt Athletic Bands’ winter drumline and performs at home games for Vanderbilt Men’s and Women’s Basketball. While many members of Dore Slam are also members of the Spirit of Gold Drumline, that is not a pre-requisite to join! Dore Slam is open to all students at all levels of percussion experience.

PERCUSSION AUDITIONS
Dore Slam auditions take place during the fall semester, prior to the start of basketball season. Dore Slam is open to students at all levels of percussion experience and the audition process will find the best fit for you in the ensemble.
TRAVEL
Dore Slam does not travel.
COST
There is no fee to join the Dore Slam Drumline. Members receive a Service Award of $25.00 for every game they play!
