Graduate Student, Charles Doktycz, Awarded 2019-2020 Pao Chung Chen Fellowship Award

Oct. 14, 2019—  VECTOR graduate student, Charles Doktycz, was awarded the 2019/20 Pao Chung Chen Fellowship Award. This prestigious graduate fellowship consists of a 1 year, non-renewable,  $4,000 award based upon merit.
