Dr. Mary R. Brooks VECTOR Guest Seminar Speaker
Our guest speaker Mary R. Brooks visited Vanderbilt University on January 24, 2018. The title of her seminar was: When Are Marine Highways Successful? Lessons from Experiences in Other Countries. Dr. Brooks is Professor Emerita at Dalhousie University’s Rowe School of Business and was here at VU as part of the Dept of Civil and Environmental Engineering’s VECTOR Seminar series.
