For Spring 2022, Tutoring appointments will be available beginning Wednesday, January 19. From 1/19-1/30, all appointments will be scheduled as synchronous online consultations. On Monday, 1/31, we will begin phasing in-person tutoring sessions back into our schedule, followed by in-person groups on Sunday, 2/6.
Calendar Updates for Spring 2022
On Wednesday, January 19, Tutoring Services will resume offering appointments for synchronous online tutoring consultations for the Spring 2022 semester.
All appointments will be held online through Sunday, January 30. Afterwards, beginning on Monday, January 31, we will begin phasing in-person, individual tutoring sessions back into our schedule. This will be followed by a phase in of in-person, group tutoring sessions beginning on Sunday, February 6.
The final day for Tutoring Services appointments in Spring 2022 will be Sunday, May 8.
Policy Updates: 7-day Appointment Scheduling Window
For the Spring 2022 semester, we will also be temporarily updating our Appointment Policies such that appointments can be made up to seven days in advance, rather than 14 days in advance.
The 7-day appointment scheduling window will allow us greater flexibility in adjusting our tutoring consultants’ shifts (for instance, between online and in-person shifts) as circumstances may require this semester.
