On March 24th, the Wond’ry’s Robert Grajewski and Deanna Meador gave a talk and led a discussion session on ‘The Importance of University Innovation Centers as Catalysts for Modern Education’ at the VentureWell Open Conference in Washington, D.C. The talk was well-received and the audience composed of university leaders, corporate innovators, and students from across the globe, asked great questions sparking open dialogue about the process of innovation and programmatic approaches to support it.

VentureWell is a premier organization in the innovation and entrepreneurship space whose primary mission is to support innovation in STEM fields and Open is their annual conference. The Wond’ry received a faculty grant from VentureWell to support micro-grant opportunities for its PostFlight program.
