Q. What is your most memorable moment in the maker space?

A. My most memorable moment in the maker space was prototyping my teams’ product, an aromatherapy calming patch called “Spot”, for David Owens’s Product Design course last Fall.

Q. You’re a new addition to the crayon box. What color would you be and why?

A. I would be the white crayon in a crayon box because it questions the assumption of drawing on white paper. 

Q. What superhero would you be and why?

A. Although he’s not a real “superhero”, I always liked the idea of being Johnny Appleseed – a mythical figure that walked around planting apple trees. Superpowers to me aren’t some aggrandized version of human ability, but rather a deliberate effort to use what is in our means for the greater good
