WeGo Public Transit forum on Dec. 8 to seek input from Vanderbilt community on service changes

Posted by on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 in Events, FutureVU, Transportation.

Vanderbilt’s EasyRide program provides all full-time and part-time Vanderbilt University faculty, staff and students with free access to WeGo local buses, regional buses and WeGo Star with a swipe of their Vanderbilt ID card. This service is available for any place and time, not solely for commuting to and from campus.

In order to gain insight into the needs of Vanderbilt commuters, WeGo Public Transit and MoveVU are co-hosting a forum open to all—from experienced transit users to those who are considering it as a commute option for the first time. There will be opportunity to ask how the program works and what to expect when riding transit as well as hear about current projects, including WeGo Link, neighborhood transit centers and more, followed by an opportunity to share your public transit experiences and speak with WeGo staff in partnership with MoveVU.
