Taylor McFall began working in the Student Services office in August 2022 as an Assistant Director of Student Services. Prior to coming to Vanderbilt, Taylor was the Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. While at Northwestern State, Taylor oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Johnny Emmons Academic Center which provides comprehensive support to 375 student-athletes while also overseeing all student-athlete development and leadership initiatives. Prior to Northwestern State, Taylor had stops at Louisiana Tech, University of Central Arkansas, Old Dominion University, and Western Kentucky University where she served in a variety of roles pertaining to holistic student-athlete development and academic support.

Taylor is 2-time graduate of Western Kentucky University graduating with a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters in Recreation and Sport Administration and is an active member of Women Leaders in College Sports and N4A. Taylor resides in Nashville with her 2 cats, Winnie and Rosie.
