Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?
I chose Vanderbilt because it offered me a unique opportunity to be a part of both a top-15 university and the best baseball program in the country. I knew the moment I stepped foot on campus that I wanted to be at Vanderbilt.
What are your career goals?
My career goal is to become either a professional baseball player or a lawyer. Either way, I would love to be an agent after my time at Vanderbilt.
What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?
Simply put, I think it takes dedication, commitment and an open mindset to be successful academically at Vanderbilt. Managing the twenty-four hour clock is also a huge part of being successful both on and off the field.
Who do you consider to be an unsung hero in your academic success at Vanderbilt? And Why?
Sara Sanders is without a doubt an unsung hero in my academic success. Sara is there for me 24/7 and always is willing to help in any way possible. I honestly don’t know what the baseball program would do without Sara.
What has been the most transformative part of your undergraduate career?
Being a part of the baseball program has been the most transformative and rewarding part of my time at Vanderbilt. I get to spend each and every day with my best friends competing and enjoying life together. They have without a doubt shaped me into the person I am today.
