Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?

I chose Vanderbilt for the excellent combination of athletics and academics.

What are your career goals?

I want to become a professional tennis player or an investment banker in New York.

What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?

To be successful academically at Vanderbilt, you need to prioritize your academic work and studying in advance will result.

How do you manage your demanding schedule?

By having good time management and spending time with people that have similar goals are great ways to achieve success being a student athlete.

What is your ritual before taking a test?

My ritual before taking a test is to say a prayer and trust that my preparation is enough to help me with reaching my goal in this particular test.

Who do you consider to be an unsung hero in your academic success at Vanderbilt? And Why?

I don’t have one person in particular as a hero at Vanderbilt academics. However I do get so much value and motivation from everyone at study hall. When I’m seeing tired athletes studying and working hard I realize that I can push myself harder and achieve my goals academically.
