Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?

I chose Vanderbilt because it was the perfect combination of great academics and high level athletics.

What are your career goals?

My ultimate goal is to become a professional basketball player; however, if I don’t get to that point I would love to be a sports agent and possibly open my own agency.

What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?

I think it takes you really putting in the effort to be successful. If you approach everything you do with the mindset that no matter the outcome, you’re going to try your best, then odds are you are going to succeed.

How do you manage your demanding schedule?

I try to do my work as early as possible so that it doesn’t interfere with my basketball schedule. I feel that if you procrastinate, then your schedule becomes even more busy and stressful.

What is your ritual before taking a test?

Before every test I go over my notes one last time and think positively.
