Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?

I chose to come to Vanderbilt because it is truly the cream of the crop, athletically and academically. The high-level basketball with the high-level academics simply can’t be beat.

What are your career goals?

My career goal is be to become a player in the NBA and graduate with an HOD degree from Vanderbilt University. I would also like to try and open a Starbucks in the future.

What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?

It takes dedication, focus, and determination. You have to want it more than the person next to you.

How do you manage your demanding schedule?

I talk to my counselor and I simply just do my work in advance so that I am never stressed and pressed for time.

What is your ritual before taking a test?

Sleep, take a long nap and then do a 20-30 minute review session.

What is your favorite quote?

“When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe then you will be successful.” -Eric Thomas
