Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?
I chose to attend Vanderbilt because of the world class academic and athletic opportunities that it has to offer.
What are your career goals?
I want to be a Speech-Language Pathologist working with people suffering from traumatic brain injuries. I will be starting my Master’s in Communications Sciences and Disorders at Columbia University this Fall.
What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?
A hard work ethic is essential to succeed academically at Vanderbilt.
How do you manage your demanding schedule?
I manage my schedule by getting ahead on my work before I travel for lacrosse. I make sure to stay organized and meet with professors frequently to cover material that I miss.
What is your ritual before taking a test?
Before taking a test I always like to get to the classroom early to review my notes.
