Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?

I chose Vanderbilt because this program gave me the best opportunity for my football career and also from an academic standpoint as well.

What are your career goals?

My career goals are to use my platform in the NFL to build an indoor facility in my hometown (Danville, IL) so that I can help out with the youth and give them the opportunity to make it out of a tough environment.

What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?

It takes a lot of mental toughness and work ethic to be successful at Vanderbilt. You have to try to fail on purpose; there are so many resources here for Student-Athletes, it’s impossible for someone to be unsuccessful.

How do you manage your demanding schedule?

I manage my demanding schedule by dominating each thing one responsibility at a time.

What is your ritual before taking a test?
