Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?

I loved the team when I met them on my official visit, and I knew Vanderbilt would offer excellent academic and athletic opportunities.

What are your career goals?

I plan to attend veterinary school after graduation and eventually go into equine/companion animal private practice.

What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?

Organization and hard work.

How do you manage your demanding schedule?

Lots of planning ahead and efficient time use. But also allowing myself time to do things besides my sport and school that help me stay balanced.

What is your ritual before taking a test?

Study 🙂

What is your favorite quote?

“I want to think again of dangerous and noble things. I want to be light and frolicsome. I want to be improbable, beautiful and afraid of nothing, as though I had wings.” – Mary Oliver
