Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?

The unique opportunity I had to play in the best conference in the world and get a world class education while doing it. This opportunity is a challenge for me and that was also intriguing!

What are your career goals?

I hope to continue playing basketball at the next level overseas for as long as I can. I also hope I earn the opportunity to be able to coach the game I love. And if all else fails, I plan to use my Vanderbilt degree to start my career.

What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?

It takes a lot of patience. Patience in understanding that everything at Vandy will not just come as easy as it did in high school. Time management is also a huge part of being successful, especially with such a time consuming sports schedule.

How do you manage your demanding schedule?

Using a calendar and an alarm is very helpful! Also self discipline is a huge part of it!

What is your ritual before taking a test?

I don’t really have one. Just one final cram session right before!

What is your favorite quote?

“Ain’t nothing to it, but to do it.” – Ronnie Coleman
