Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?
I chose to attend Vanderbilt because of the school’s perfect balance between academics and athletics, in addition to the amazing girls on the swim team.

What are your career goals?
After I graduate from Vanderbilt in the spring, my goal is to attend a Nurse Practitioner program or a post-baccalaureate pre-med program in order to begin pursuing a career as a doctor or physician’s assistant.

What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?
Being academically successful at Vanderbilt takes hard work, dedication, time
management, and a strong work ethic.

How do you manage your demanding schedule?
I manage my schedule by taking things one day at a time while working efficiently and keeping a positive attitude about everything.

What is your ritual before taking a test?
I
prepare for tests by reviewing class lectures and notes until I am confident
that I understand the material.

What is your favorite quote?
“The moment you doubt whether you can fly, you cease forever to be able to do it.” -Peter Pan
