Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?
Vanderbilt provided me with the best combination of academics and athletics. You can’t beat the kind of education you will receive at Vanderbilt and the SEC is one of the best conferences in the country.

What are your career goals?
I would love to eventually open my own non-profit company. I plan on going to get my Masters in Accountancy in order to better learn how to manage my funds.

What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?
Time management is one of the biggest tools you have to learn in order to be successful at a school like Vanderbilt. When you do get free time to study throughout the day, you have to maximize it.

How do you manage your demanding schedule?
You have to leave yourself with a little time for fun with the schedules we have.  I’ve learned that the happier I am, the better I seem to do on the field and in the classroom.

What is your ritual before taking a test?
I always like to get to the classroom about 30-45 minutes early and if it is open, I study anything else I need to review again in the spot where I’m going to be taking the test.

What is your favorite quote?
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” -Philippians 4:13
