Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development

Alison Wenzel started working in Student-Athlete Development as the Life Skills Coordinator in October of 2006. In June 2016, Wenzel was promoted to the Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development. She oversees all Career Development, Personal Development and Community Outreach initiatives for all men and women sports teams. Prior to joining Student-Athlete Development, Wenzel served as Vanderbilt Athletics Assistant Director of Marketing. Wenzel earned her bachelors’ and masters degree from The University of Florida in Exercise and Sport Sciences.

Katelen Robertson joined the Vanderbilt University Athletics Department in January 2017 where she served as a graduate intern for Student-Athlete Development. In July 2017 she was hired as the Student-Athlete Development Coordinator where she is responsible for coordinating community outreach opportunities, career and personal development programs, as well as managing and maintaining the departments social media platforms and website. Robertson earned her bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Exercise Science and masters degree from Belmont University in Sports Administration.
