Natalee Erb

Director

Natalee Erb (she, her, hers) serves as the director of Residential Colleges. She is responsible for oversight, management, and coordination of all programs on The Ingram Commons and across the six upper-division colleges. Natalee provides leadership and vision in both developing new initiatives and in maintaining existing initiatives. Her work focuses on ensuring successful transition programs for new students and creating opportunities for interactions among faculty and students that foster curiosity, intellectual engagement, and habits of academic inquiry. Having joined the Residential Colleges team in 2012, Natalee has a hand in almost every component of the residential college system. She works on initiatives that are designed to encourage personal and professional development for students. She also supervises the Residential Colleges staff. Natalee is a member of the executive leadership team for the national Residential College Society. She earned a B.A. in anthropology from Sewanee: The University of the South and a M.Ed. in higher education administration from Vanderbilt’s Peabody College.
