Natalee Erb is the associate director for Residential Colleges. Her work focuses on ensuring successful transition programs for all undergraduate students and creating opportunities for interactions among faculty and students that foster student success. With over seven years of experience at Vanderbilt and as a member of the Residential Colleges senior leadership team, Natalee has a hand in almost every component of the system. In addition to coordinating the Vanderbilt Visions extended orientation program for first-year students, she advises the VUcept organization, and works on initiatives across the system that are designed to encourage personal and professional development for students in all four years. She also serves as a Campus Connector. Natalee holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Sewanee: The University of the South and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt’s Peabody College. She enjoys spending time with family and her Shih-poo Layla.
